A creative and generous cuisine

The menu at Victor Café is conceived around a cuisine that favors seasonal ingredients and local produce.

During the winter, the chef celebrates root vegetables, “forgotten” vegetables which he prepares in soups or in stews, or which he serves with meat or fish from the day’s catch. For a quick lunch, typical Marseille dishes are served – aïoli, veal roulades, stuffed vegetables, cod brandade, beef stew. A more elaborate menu is available for dinner. Family and friends can gather for Sunday brunch around our big all-you-can-eat buffet with its choice of big salads, homemade stews, desserts, organic wines and a glass of Mumm Cordon rouge champagne. The Victor Café cuisine adapts itself to all occasions, to the seasons, the ambiance and to the wishes of our customers.

In the summer, our chef favors fresh seasonal dishes, colorful dishes made with the many wonderful vegetables from the region, and prepares meat and fish barbecues on the poolside terrace.
